Anglo-Swedish studies in law

Since 1978, the Uppsala Faculty of law and King´s College London School of law have cooperated in organising scholarly colloquia in Uppsala and London. The present volume contains the papers of the VIth Collouium (London 1994) and some of the papers of the VIIth Colloquium (Uppsala 1998). The topics covered include:
